Removed the spare tire and jack only. Lowered rear tire pressure to 20lbs

That is an impressive 60' time on stock radials. Congrats. How were your other passes? Could you give us some details on launching with the IRS?

Three runs.

Launched at idle on all runs, slipping the clutch, then flooring it. bad wheel spin on the first run, but no wheel hop . Speed shifted on the 3rd run.

1st run 13.6@103
2nd run 13.45@104.
3rd run 13.3@104

It's all in the launch and the first 60'

1st run 60' time 2.1
2nd run 60' time 1.94
3rd run 60' time 1.91

I hate that clunking sound from the rear when shifting from 1st to 2nd

I love seeing all the haters scatter when they see a stock GTO goes low 13's :D :D :D

Those are all respectable 60' times for a stock tire car. Anything under a 2.000 is godly........especially if you can consistently do it.

My truck pulls 2.0XX's.......with good track prep. I'm in the 2.2XX range on a bad track.

I've been waitting for some real track data. Thanks! Please drop me a note if your times improve.

I have a friend with a heads/cam GTO if he wants to run that too....My bone stock auto on stock tires ran 13.59@101.8 with a 1.98 60' time, but I have a little cam in there now ;)
