it is ok to over chaarge and sell a 2004 gto used and not ok to let people know that tey can have a new one for almost the same price i did not advertize any place of buissenes

Uhh... I don't why you even started a thread like this. "This is for you" doesn't even say who it's for. As I said in my reply to you in the other thread, PM me or Branden if you feel I acted incorrectly. Or I suppose you can continue in this thread. However, by soliciting business for 2 new GTO's and asking people to email you, you were advertising your business without being a properly paid sponsor. I'm sorry you feel that way, but the rules are there for a reason, and it's not fair to the other sponsors to allow unpaid advertising.

We have a prefered dealer.....they paid for the exclusive right to sell cars through my site. We only have one because it is a dealer I trust. I do not want to have to worry about people getting scammed by every fly by night dealer who wants to sell a new car.

Also, a dealer is a business....and businesses must pay to sell any product here.
