Bought these from CAPA, an Australian company specializing in HSV and Holden cars. Cost about $200 US dollars total for a pair.

Love the new look.

$200 US, **** that like $5000 Aussie, J/K. Looks good. Half that cost had to be the air freight. That Quicksilver beauty would look bad a** with a light tint all the way around.

Thanks, actually I think I meant to say $195 AUS dollars which translates to about 135 US dollars, and yes, most of it went to paying for international shipping.

These are very high quality badges that looks very much at home on black and silver GTO's. I have already observed many folks checking out the bottom rear fender of the car and mouthing 'GTO...'

Speaking of tint, mine will get full limo all the way around on Thursday morning. Already have an appointment. Silver cars always look good with dark window tints...

The badging looks really nice, it's even more aggresive looking. ;) You sure it's light enough to see on a black GTO?

Post pics after you get the tint done...it's gonna look sinister. B)

I was toyingwith the idea of doing that as well...but with vinyl decals (cheaper and on black, you could have whatever color).

It looks good!!

This is the picture that inspired me to order the badges. The first time I saw the HSV GTO, which was black, I knew what kind of "look" I was going for.

So in reality, these badges were actually designed to look the best on black GTO's. In fact, I was worried it would not look good on a silver goat but as you can see, it is also a perfect match.

The only colors I don't think they will look good on are the IB and TR.

Here is the HSV GTO....

I anticipated that so I reinforced each letter with the strongest brand of super glue I could find. These badges are bonded with the bottom side panel. I tried prying them off today with my bare hands and I couldn't do it. God knows I tried.

I guess if somebody took a knife or a screwdriver they could steal them. But then again, that goes with all the other factory badges that came with the goat. All I could do is stick them as best as I could and hope for the best.
