I guess I'm the type of guy that is never satisfied. On one hand I want the gto's to sell well, when they weren't I was a little dissapointed. Now I've been seeing about four others around in the Howell area. All colors except the grey. I see a blue and red one on the way to work everyday now on 23.(michigan) Now that I've been seeing them I don't feel as special because of having the only gto around..ahh my cups half empty I guess..Though maybe it means out of all who have talked to me about the goat some listened and bought one of their own. I think it is agreed that once you are behind the wheel of one you'll need some pretty bad news to wipe the smile off your face....I think the word is getting around finally

There is black one who parts in the same train station lot as I do in the morning...

If there is anyone from B-More here....it could be you!

Sorry a little off topic here for a minute.

Goat Lover,

Glad you love the GTO. But a quick observation and question about your signature.

Currently almost 16 and saving up for a '05 goat...Hope i make it.

I hope you make it too. BUT don't forget about INSURANCE!!!! I can't even imagine how much that is going to cost you at 16 years of age. I see you live in/near Phoenix too which tends to be a higher insurance risk area also. I truly wouldn't be surprised if it cost you 5000 dollars a year to insure you for a 400 HP 2005 GTO.

Please don't take this the wrong way. Just remember that insurance for you on an 05 GTO is going to be VERY pricey. Keep that in mind while you're saving up. I hope you do realize the ownership of an 05. Just would hate to see you get it and then not have the $$$ to insure it. Keep saving my friend. :)

OK, sorry to hijack the thread. :)

An 04 Black GTO has arrived in our sub division.... not sure yet if its an A4 or M^, i had seen the car a week ago going the other way a few miles from home, recognized it no problem even in heavy traffic flowing 50mph each way. On Saturday we kept pace while driving home...ahhhh sweet sounds of an ls1.

I have seen 2 silver GTO's, one parked at the restaraunt where my wife works and the other driving, not sure if its the same, the first one wasnt colorado goat, the second one might have been.

Mind you it took me quite a few months just to see one.. then again i was blessed with seeing an HSV GTO when i was back home in Oz 2 years back.

I've only seen one on the road in Baton Rouge. It was Phantom Black. A woman who works in the building next to me has one. Quicksilver. But, technically I've never seen it on the road. I only see it parked.
