I am trying to hold off on a 2004 as long as possible. However I am finding it increasingly difficult to do so. Especially since I surf this site every day to read your stories about how great the car is! So I was wondering how much recent owners of GTO's are paying. Say, since the beginning of the month? Would love to know. I dont want to find out I got ripped off once I finally purchase/lease. Thanks Everyone. :D

$ 33190
- $ 2000 finance rebate
- $ 1800 dealer rebate !!! they have (11) in stock
- $ 700 GM credit card rebate
So I paid $ 28690 + tax.
BTW: car is great and you will get $ 2000 off (from GM). They told me that first (5) cars they sold with $ 1500 mark-up, buth right now they want to sell them asap since 2005 information are out.

The cheapest quote I have received is $28,878. That includes the $2,000 rebate. I'd get one today, but I've got to sell my truck :-(

Take your truck to Carmax. They will give you a better offer than anyone else will, and you can act on it immediatly. Good Luck.

Bought mine for $26,888 (red/red M6) $28,888 - 2k rebate. I got it through the GMBUYPOWER. com. I was given numerous quotes from other dealers mostly 200-1000 over invoice before rebate. I told each dealer I planned on ordering an 05 and wanted the absolute lowest price up front on the e-mail request from the web site.

Tom-
Is that a straight-up price of 26,888 plus you got the 0.9% financing? There wasn't any GM employee, GM card, loyalty rebate, etc?
If so, that's phenomenal and I think that will make the deal good enough I will buy immediately.

Yes that was the straight up price after 2k rebate. I also got 2.9% for 60 months. I don't qualify for any other GM program/discounts. I planned on ordering an 05 but for this price, I decided to go with an 04. You can see my other thread "great prices" for more info.
