I went over to Arundel mill mall near Baltimore to check out the Bass Pro Shop there and lo and behold parked way out on the edge of the parking lot was a Grand Prix GTO. I almost didn't notice it but luckily the owner put a GTO badge on the front grill. I seriously gave some thought to ripping it off and shoving it up the tailpipe. I really hope that this doesn't become a trend.

What scares me is all those folks staring at the 5.7 and GTO badges in our cars and them five finger discounting them while parked at a local mall.
Then next year, they'll be ripping off 6.0 badges and sticking them in Grand Prix and Grand Am's. I know imitation is the sincerest form of flattery but it looks like I'll be adding a couple of drops of Super Glue in my badges just to be sure.
And let's not even talk about the $200 HSV GTO badges in my side skirt panels that I imported from Australia..........
The ricer mentality is so prevalent that it even afflicts domestic owners.
