I have decided to buy a GTO, but after reading about the 05 I'm having 2nd thoughts about the 04. Do you 04 owners think that it may be worth the wait for the 05, or should I go for the 04 and save $2000 plus the financing specials? I would appreciate any input.

Who cares what all the pundits will say about one or the other. Weigh the options and make a decision based on your situation. When do you want the car? Is 50 more HP important to you. Is the money important? Land an 04 for 30 to 31K w/ the 2K rebate or pay 35 K for the 05?

Neither will dissapoint. So think about what YOU really want and if you can swing it do it.

are hood scoops and duel exiting duel exhaust something you want. If so go 05.

I would get a late 04 cause the cosmos purple rules. Could add duel ect, plus a magnacharger.

I like the 04's, but if i were to buy today i would get an 05 set up like an 04. No hood scoops :D
If your gonna buy today, you have to get an 04, but if you waiting until November then by all means get an 05'. If it is the 05', go down and order it TODAY.
