I need a new all in one. I have a DellA960, but it is junk and don't fax right. I would like a nice laser multifuntion.

Without giving any suggestions on actual products, i would suggest taking a read of the reviews on C|Net, you can see the issues people who own the products have, obviously some of the comments are junk but it might give you an idea of what to expect...

Happy shopping :)

C|Net is the best place for researching electronics - I highly recommend it!

Dell printers are mfg by Lexmark - junk...

HP is the only way to go with printers. If you need a laser they are available for as little as $199 for a Laserjet 1012. If you want a color All-in-One the Officejet (inkjet but great quality) 5510 has a flatbed scanner (some have sheetfed) for under $180. B & W Laserjet all-in-ones start around $700 for the 3380.

Canon has a few decent Laser All-in-one units out there, although they'll set you back a couple hundred bucks depending on where you buy.
