Ok, I was driving my GOAT today on my way to my local Gold's Gym when this dumb punk kid in a black HONDA CIVIC pulled up next to me. I had a car in front of me so I couldn't really do s***. Then this kid starts revving his engine with one of those obnoxious exhausts for an import. When the light turned green he gased it and took off like a bat at of hell, it seemed like he was modded to the to hilt the way he took off. Normally I just shrug off situations like this, but today I felt I had to let out my GOAT. I quickly switched over to the next lane and floored it, catching up to him in no time. We both stop at the next stoplight, but this time I was free to challenge him. He was all revving and serious, but when the light turned green I floored it in first gear and really blew him off the the line. I accelerated all the way to 110 mph and I was in the city! I completely left this punk in the dust and then I slowed all the way down to 40mph cause I was driving like a maniac!!! The CIVIC just continues all fast and has the nerve to fly by me. Anyways, he knows not to mess with a GOAT again..............cause his a** will just
get handed to him again. lol :woot:

Ah yes, the classic scene. When I had my Camaro, I encountered that situation quite a bit. Either I was in a turning lane or behind another car. Sure enough, they'd rev their Civic to about 5500, knowing I could do nothing. Then, when we could race, I'd pull well ahead, before slowing up only to have the (insert car here) never let up. Passing me by as if we were still racing. I'm sure he told his buddies how he destroyed a GTO, but he'll never challenge you again....

You only raced to 40? :blink: Well was it at least through a whole gear?

That large rear wing of his surely slowed him down. :P
