An SLP exclusive, this unit is designed to fit both automatic- and manual-transmission GTO applications. Here's how it works: Press the brake pedal and flip the brake-control solenoid switch. Remove your foot from the pedal, and the solenoid maintains line pressure to the front brakes until the switch is released. This makes it easy to heat the rear tires in the burnout box, while minimizing wear and tear on your car's rear brake components. You can also use the system to prevent a manual-trans car from rolling out of the staging beams at the starting line.

This kit is custom-fitted to the GTO chassis and is fully compatible with the factory anti-lock braking and traction-control systems. It includes a waterproof electrical solenoid, CNC-bent steel lines with OE fittings, all necessary mounting hardware, and detailed installation instructions.

NOTE: Slight modification of one factory brake line required.

Our price for this is $134.99. Orders can be placed online or by calling 1-877-482-9763.

LOL Perhaps when my car gets here. By then i'll probably have most of the stuff on order. :P

tbyrne, any idea if these will work on 05's since the ABS is all different? Or i suppose SLP will probably offer one for 05's also huh.

I'm not sure if this will work on the '05s. I'll see if SLP has tried it yet.

I want it bad but the rear brakes disengage on there own when you do do something like a burnout.

Untrue, if your holding the brake pedal down at all the rear brakes are still squezing, just not hard enough to keep the rear axles from spinning.

**** I didnt know that. I still guess thats the only way to do a good burnout without line lock

True, the good thing about the linelock is that it releases your rear brakes. You can still do a good burnout without it, but this just makes it easier.

Plus you wont smoke the rear pads and rotors so quick. And you can hold it better/longer since the line locks hold a lot more pressure on the front brakes than you would want to just doing a normal power brake style burnout.
