Ok coming back from DC this weekend... some goof in a new Ultima gets a spanking in a 2 lane road that goes into one to merge onto 495. As he pulls up behind me he quickly jerks right and gets into the right lane - as most people I suspect he did not realize it was a GTO. But anyway.... The light turns and I give it just enough gas to stay next to him.. then he gives the INfamous lean forward "I am gonna beat you look" And I nailed it... My wife was on the phone and said "WTF are you doing" as I rocketed past the guy... In my rear view you should have seen the look on his face...classic, just classic :drevil:

Anyway he passed me on the beltway about 2 miles ahead and would not even look over at me :P

What is up with these Nissan owners.... Kill to date tally is

1 Maxima
2 Ultima
1 350Z
2 G35? coupe (number right?)

Sheesh I would expect them to have wanted to race my CompG but to tangle with a GTO :hysterical:

They must be either in a magical wourld or in a "dealer" told me so world.

And from a previous post someone said "maybe he just wanted to hear the GTO".. I do not think so after thinking about the "races" most seem pretty adimant about trying to beat me... oh well -- I know the GOAT is not the fastest but I know better than to race a Z06 or Viper also B)

They all think that V6 Nissan users for all thier cars is the best thing since sliced bread. Even the GP guys beat up on them!

I like the nissan's and there 3.5L but it is no match for the GTO. The Grand Prix GTP is a good match for them.

Next thing you know the Quest is going to throw a challenge our way because it has the 3.5L. How lame that Nissan uses that motor for everthing.
