Leather Seat Care?

Any suggestions?

Conditioner? NO? What kind?

Leave them alone???

I used to use the Eagle One two step system (cleaner, then conditioner). I also used the Armor All leather wipes for spot cleaning. However, a friend of mine says he uses nothing more than a damp cloth on his Corvette. He had been told by someone (I'm not sure who) that it's best to leave the leather alone. I never had problems using the Eagle One on my Camaro's leather. However, the GTO's interior is far better than my Camaro's was.

Their are a lot of leather conditioners and cleaners you can use on them to make it softer and resistant to damage. I cant remember what the stuff I used before is called, but I know it worked well. I'll try and check and see if I still have it somewhere another time.

I'm concerned about this also...I don't want it to fade so quickly. I guess tinting will help too.

I use Meguiar's leather conditioner wipes about every other week or so. They're pretty cheap and do a nice job of keeping the leather looking fresh. Meguiar's is well known for their car care products. I also use their car wash.

i used meguairs on my mustang and on our nissan murano - which has ALOT of leather surfaces in it. the meguiars two step system does an excellent job of cleaning the seats and protecting them. i found that it made the leather softer, smoother, and really made the seats and colors look a lot richer. i used it about once a month and used armorall leather wipes usually once weekly just for basic cleaning. i loved it, only problem was some people complained if they would slide off the seat :D

I also use the Meguiar's leather conditioner wipes and I can vouch that these do a great job on leather! They're easy to use, well priced and they do a very nice job.
