Anyone race a 350Z yet

I played with a G35 and I know performance in basically the exact same but I was wondering if anyone has had a good race with a 350.

Ran one at the track, I went 13.61 to his 13.9, guy didn't seem too happy about losing to me either :D

the G35 coupe is a 4-seater and weights much heavier than the 350 == the 350 is a contender but I have spanked 3 to date. I do not know if they where stock or not but spanked none the less.

I don't really go looking for races and I have not run into one with my Mach 1 but when I had my Bullitt I got up against one of the 350's that has the better brakes and is lighter (I can't remember what one it is) and it stayed right with me and I could not shake him...that being said I would imagine most GTO's would have no problem with them (unless you have a stinky driver or something).

G35 is nowhere near The Goat? I think they come stock with like 290hp???? My friend has a 2004 G35 coupe and I've spanked him numerous of times........ Not once did his car come close to my LS1 GTO.

The only thing a G35 coupe and a GTO have in common is they share the same market group for a $30,000 dollar sports car.

G35-nice car, but lacks the power. :lol:

Same performance as the 350Z as they are platform twins.....not same performance as the GTO,

iv played with one at a red light awhile back , the gto just pulls away and keeps pulling away lol

The G35 Coupe is 12" longer than the 350Z and the G35 coupe is a good 300lbs heavier than the 350Z.

The 350 is a 2 seater and the G35 coupe is a 4 seater. From what I have seen the G35 coupe has 300hp and the 350Z performance version has 287hp but the "track version has 300hp

That said the G35 is a mid-upper 14 second car and the 350Z is a low-mid 14 second car.

The GTO is a mid-upper 13 second car.

The G35 coupe is a second+ slower than the GTO, not even close if you ask me. And the 350 is about 1/2 second slower. Stock of course - I am not getting into moded vehicles.

All I ever see driving 350Z's are chicks.

They'll never race. :lol:

i hate the whinny sound of that 3.5L. it sounds as bad as their owners when they loose to my GOAT :drevil:

My wife wants and is probably gonna get a 350Z within the next year.

I'll let ya'll know what I think after I drive 'em both for a few months....... :D

Hey. She used to have a 2000 Mustang GT.
