Well I Took delivery of my new GTO yesterday, and they salesman was trying to show me how to use the CD changer, well he should have let me find out for myself because he jammed the disc into it without hitting the load key
Next he comes out with the service manager and hes not much better, he instead of getting a pair of needle nose plyers and grabbing the disc decides to push the disc all the way in past the felt blocker to see if it would eject it automatically
well it didnt work because it was nver loaded correcly
went back today and have to wait for the new radio to come in
to bad, it has to be a big chunk of change

just a pain because now i have to drive back out there and have them change it along with a new clear gage cluster cover that is scratched which they have to take the whole dash apart they said, it will have to be there for the whole day :(

other than that everything went smoothly lol, hopefully no new problems to come

Sounds like your guys must have trained with the losers where I got mine. Every time I take it in they damage another part of the car. So far, they have dinged up both rims on the driver's side, and the floorpan. I only noticed the latter during an oil change, so it could have happened before I even took delivery.

Disc wont go in....huh.....better keep pushing it in....still not going......better push harder.

that sucks bill. Congrats on the GTO. Are you going to the LISST holiday party. If so u better bring the GTO, it will get a lot of attention

dunno about these dealers, i think i know more than them, and there professionally trained?
