I've been waiting for them to do this.

It looks like as of today it's not finished, they still have the m6 listed at 5.3 0-60.

Yep, i've been waiting for this for a few months now. Although I'm kinda pissed they wont sell the Phantom Black with the Impulse Blue interior. Because then I'd get teh P/B with the performance kit and the interior I love. Anyone know what the estimated payments after 1700 down/48 months and purchased using employee discount?

Any ideas what the site update means in relation to delivery time? If I orderd one in early Jan when do you guys estimate I will recive it? The supe on my durango is finnaly taking it's toll on the engine and I really dont feel like ripping it apart to fix it when the truck has more problems than not. It wont shift out of first at times, the ATX has a mind of its own, it throws down into 2nd and jumps to 5,600 rpm then goes back to 3rd at the most random times, Reverse no longer works, the Positrack? doesnt work at all, only one wheel spins now... It used to be able to use both. It makes weird sucking sounds although there is no air/vaccume leak and sometimes it will not start untill I d/c r/c the battery. The breaks shimmy it wont drive straight, Ahh... Great dodge... btw this is a 2003 (27,000 miles) never been taken off road, or even on a dirt road, never nuteral slammed or anything. The most painful thing the rango has ever done is what I call an "oh s***", the name was adopted from friends as they grab the "oh s***" bar as I hit the ebrake and pull a perfect 360 :P There isnt one blemish or scratch on the exterior or any problems on the interior. Yet all this is wrong... So yea time for a new car i'd say.

Btw, has anyone put the entire power curve and actual speed/time's together against the 05/04? I think that would be really cool. I saw a 05 driving around the other day, I live in the detroit area. It looked and sounded wicked I tryed to drive behind it as long as possible untill he realised what I was doing then I heard the engine rev and 2 ear splitting tire squacks as he shifted and took off, by the time my petal went down and my supe kicked in he was about 1 block away, geesh.

Newaz, I'll save some for later posts, take it easy everyone!

$600 - $700 per month depending on your sales tax and the GM employee discount that GM will offer on the car.

This is assuming

5.9% at 48 months, with a downpayment of $1700 and a 10% gm employee discount.

Gheesh, the estimate thing on pontiac.com was estimating $444/month for the smart buy. Do they offer a 60 month lease?

SmartBuy is a WHOLE different ball game - Heck it is not even the same sport - SmartBuy is more like a lease with the option to buy or refinance at the end. I have never leased but have heard nothing but BAD stories about people going over on their lease and "taking it up the tail pipe", but others may have had good luck cause they still do it.

You could just wait for someone to wreck thiers and buy the interrior off of them.
That or just get custom made.
