I wonder how they will have the exhaust route on the 05's....One reason the system works so well on an 04 is the single exiting exhaust, with the dual I wonder how they will set that up.

For some reason I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about that picture of the turbo in the rear of the car and trying to figure out, "why would they do that?". It seems it adds a lot of extra piping for no reason, unless it's a cheaper way of doing an intercooler by just using the radiant heat loss through the pipes from the exhaust coming back and the charged air going forward.

Also, I really started to scare myself when I started thinking physics. Specifically, the physics of turbo pressure and lag issues. If you stomp on the gas and the engine begins to rev, how long does it take to compress that ten foot column of air back to the turbo to start it spooling up, then how long does it take for the turbo to compress another ten foot column of air coming back up to the intake to start making pressure on the intake side?

Please fell free to blast this post and tell me I'm full of bologna, as I really have no expertise in this area and am just trying to get it strait in my own head.

That was a concern when these kits first came out but there has been no additional lag with the turbo mounted at the back of the vehicle. They won't two awards at the 2004 SEMA show so they have to be doing something right :)
