What do you all think is the best kit for the 04?

I hear the Loudmouth is good

Loudmouth all the way. By far the best for the money.

I've got a loudmouth system. I do like it, great for the money.

The system is really RPM dependent, it's got a flat sound at idle, not quiet, but flat.
So it isn't quite the same as old muscle car sound.
But, when you hit the gas it really fires up.

I couldn't believe when I saw the resonators (no mufflers), polished smooth on the inside.

What do you think it would sound like with SLP Long Tube headers?

SLP LM w SLP LT's = total insaneness. I have that setup on my Camaro and without any cats.. the car is nuts to drive. There is no fun factor.. it's a giant pain in the a**.

Yeah, the LM on it's own is VERY lound. Add headers to the equation, and you might as well have no exhaust at all...

What do you think SLP LT would sound like with stock exhaust?

Id have to disagree. Flowmaster is best bang for the buck. None of the available catbacks show much of a hp gain, so its up to sound preference. Cant beat that old muscle Flowmaster tone. You can get the FM catback from Summit for $440 as opposed to $550+ for the LM.
