So I head to Blockbuster around 9pm the other night. On the way back I decide Im gonna go down the street turn back then go home (get a few extra minuts in my car). In case any of you are familiar with West Palm Beach, FL I'll use street names.
I'm heading East on Forest Hill blvd and stop at the light at Military Trail. I see a mustang make a right and start heading west as well. Light turns green so I led foot it up to him, not too fast tho. So as I come to the underpass of I 95 I gun it past him so see if he's game. When I pass him I dont think he's up for it cause his girl is in the car w/him. Happily I notice him get behind me and catch up. Due to other cars on the road we couldn't quite get side by side at the next light so he stays behind me. Again, I test him to see if he's game. Light goes green I hit it harder than someone cruis'n would. He stays with me, so I pop it in 2nd and spin the tires a bit and then 3rd. He's still with me. We get to Dixie HWY and I make a right and he follows. About a mile down we finaly get side by side at a light. I look over at him and he's just a grinn'n, as am I. I nod, he nods. Light goes green we punch it. I had a bit of wheele hop com'n out the hole and pulled ahead of him. I hit 2nd, then 3rd and notice I'm pull'n away at a nice rate. So to be nice I let my foot off the gas for him to catch up, when he's window is almost to mine I hit the gas again pulling another 1/2 car lenth ahead of him and back off again. Again he catchs up right when our windows are about parallel I hit the gas again pulling 1/2 car length ahead but this time I didnt let up. I hit 4th and once I get a couple car lengths ahead of him I see him brake and turn off. Too bad I wanted to go again at the next light. Maybe I shouldn't have teased him like I did. Oh well, chalk another one up for the glue factory!
