: what should I do?

First off, I am in the Navy. So, in the beginning of December I started my deployment. I had just bought my GTO two days prior to my departure date. I did manage to put 226 miles on her in those two days. Anyways, my wife got sent on deployment for the Humanitarian relief one month later. The car has been sitting in the garage ever since and will continue to do so for about 4 more months. She has 483 miles on her right now. My question is this: what will I have to do when I come home before I start her up again? The oil has not been changed yet from the factory oil, but will be as soon as I get home. Will I need to pull the spark plugs and shoot some oil in the cylinders before initial startup or would it be fine to just start her up? Keep in mind, she will have been sitting for 5 months. Any suggestions are greatly welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for the overwhelming response in advance. :)

Should be ok, just run it at idle for a while, I went out on my deployment in November and just got back to Norfolk. My parents are meeting me in Delaware with it tomarrow and it was only started 2 days ago. It hadnt been driven in 3 months and sat outside under a cover. It started up fine, I would just let it run a while and check the tires, u might wanna put a gas treater or octane booster in. That should help with the start up. Only thing wrong was rusty rotors from sitting.
