What is the difference between the procharger HO kit and the Tuner?

I know the tuner kit omits fuel injectors and programmer, so it makes less hp right?

but how much less?

I may be wrong but I believe the tuner kit is intended for the person who plans to supply their own "other stuff" (like injectors and such) rather than to be used as a complete Plug & Pray solution.

anyone got a clip of a gto with a procharger on it, I would like to know what it sounds like
