My friend is wanting to race me in his 2002 Z06 and I was curious what the difference in times was between the 2 cars?? Anyone have this info laying around? Nevermind I found it, not going to be doing this anytime soon.

Yea I saw that 3.7 zero to 60, tried to delete the post but a little new at this.

I would say your toast if he knows how to drive. I ran a 12.27 @ 116 bone stock and with a set of Nitto drags and a Donaldson Blackwing air intake I went into the high 11's on several runs with the right 60 ft.

The z06 will win. Quickest stock Z is 11.7X(last time I checked, anyway) on stock tires in perfect conditions. Stock Zs weigh in at around 3390 with driver, add about 600 lbs for the GTO weight. My stock motored C5 needed tires, gears, converter and tuning to win and my race weight was 3320 with driver(lightweight wheel package and removed everything from trunk and glovebox).

My Z06 with a Haltech intake and bfg drag radials ran a best of 11.501 at 118.21. On streets it ran 12.1-12.5 at 116 to 117 mph. My best so far with my m6 05 is 13.05 at 110.45.
