first off I don't know what it is about guys in jeep grand cherokee's ,but I've more of them want to run than anything else, anyway's to the challenge I have a guy in the neighborhood that has one and he wants get this... ten lenghts and run for a 1/2 mile :hysterical: I say yeah right then he says "scared I don't blame you" I think I can probably catch him what ya'll think? oh yeah he wants to run for a "Benjamin"

Is he modded?

If not he probably has no clue his speed is limited somewhere around 110. After a 1/2 mile I would guess you'd be around 125 to 130 mph (maybe a little higher). And he's bouncing off his speed limiter wondering why he sees your taillights.

Go for it! :)

Find a nice traffic free area though. Too bad airports don't rent out runways for speed runs huh?

Ummm...OK first of all, the only time I've heard "race" and "ten lengths" in the same sentence is when someone is talking about winning or losing a race. :lol:
Second...either the guy has something up his sleeve (hidden NOS) or he's got a few screws loose in his head. <_<
Third...I smell something very fishy, sense he's betting for dough.
Fourth...If you agree to do it, just before you're lining up ask to look underneath his seats for a "sneaky peak NOS bottle".

Those are my first impressions but if you decide to do it let us know what happens.

Dont bother risking a ticket just to see if you can beat him after you give him a headstart. Go from a even start smoke him to 75 and be done with it.

there's a stretch around here to do it, I don't think he has any mods , but I'll check. I think he just has no clue.
I'm undecided whether to do it or not. I mean I can smoke him no doubt. He knows it, so I don't think there is anything to prove, but if he talks too much :bs: I might have to do it. If it happens I'll give the results

Tell him you'll give him a break and let him save 50 bucks and the embarrassment if he justs give you 50 and you call it a day. :)

Or find a 1/4 or 1/8 mile track nearby and bring it there more safely. :D
