Can I adjust the headlights? Vision is limited

3 complete turns on the adjusters brought mine up to an acceptable level. Now the brights light up the night and the dims are no longer useless.

yea i post something about this a few weeks ago , i asked the same question it helps A LOT to adjust ur lights.....
