[FONT=Arial][SIZE=7][COLOR=red][COLOR=red][COLOR=red]I had the tires rotated on goat after 5,000 miles and noticed it pulled to the left slightly afterwards. Took it in to have the alignment checked and found a spacer on the left front coil spring about to fall out. The right one had already fell out or never had one, dont know. Also noticed tires were rubbing against the bottom of the spring housing, just barely but rubbing still. Taking it to the deaaler soon, just curious if anyone else has had spacers in their suspension? Bought the car with 4,000 miles on it from the dealer, why spacers? Rotated tires back to original spots and alignment came back to normal...now im confused.

The spacers are from shipping and should have been removed as part of the pre-delivery inspection. Remove them, and check your tire pressure as they are 50 PSI when shipped.

you say after the tire were rotated the vehicle pulled and everything else checked out(tire pressure and alignment, conditon of suspension) then it could be a tire problem(manufacturers problem)---it's not common but possible..see a bf goodrich dealer...oh, and by the way if it is a manufacturer's warranty issue then it needs to be done within the first 2/32 of tread wear and evenly worn, otherwise the manufacturer claims it could be a tire abuse condition or neglect(lack of rotation).. please look into it.

Most tires have what is called a radial pull. The way the belts in the tire are set after driving on them for a while and rotating them. You change the way the tire pulls a little time and the belts realign. I had the same w/ mine300-500 was back in not a problem. B)
