OK here the deal. I went into my local dealership hell bent on buying a black 2004 gto which I've been looking at for some time. It has a dealership installed moonroof, SAP and chrome wheels. Ok I've looked around a I know for sure that most 2004 are going for 26-24. I even got offered a red 04 for 24995 out the door somewhere else. Sorry But I ain't into red. Either way sticker was like 37k. I'm thinking whatever they are tring to get rid of em (theres 3 on the lot and 2 05) Even the salesperson told me the same thing that they don't want the 04 and it shouldn't be a problem. So I start talking to the sales manager. To make a longer story short he came back and told me it would be cheaper if I went with the 05? :huh: He showed me the numbers for an 05 :o :huh: :unsure: I start saying ummm I wanted the 04. He tells me again but the 04 is 37k and with the GMS an 05 is 30995.53.... :huh: I tell him again I'm intrested in an 4.. :angry: like How about the guys down the road are selling an 04 for 25k. Well he looked at me saying that an 05 is better. "I know that stupid" :jumpon: my exact words but I wanted the price of the an 04. Don't get me wrong I would love a 05 but of course if I can get an 04 cheaper then I'm gonna go for. It just pissed me off. So either way... :tongue: screw em. I guess i'll go get a red one... <_<
