I'm a road course, open-tracker that also likes top speed. From experience I know my '97 Cobra (I just traded for my '05 GTO) could'a used a taller rear spoiler than stock for speeds over 130 MPH. I'm willing to trade a little top speed for better stability in a GTO that'll supposedly do 150+ MPH.
Anyone have any experience with changing rear spoilers in this regard?

Actually I think that the best people to ask would be rhys millen motorsports. There the ones who have the drift GTO and I think that they could help youmore than anyone out here. rodmillenstore.com

I take our Goats to open track events quite a bit and there is plenty of down force with this spoiler:

Thanks. I like the looks of your Arrowhead spoiler. What's the widest tires you've run on your track Goats without tubbing the rears or other trick stuff? I just sold a Cobra that took 275/40 x 17s witout problem. Since the Goat's 400 lbs. heavier I was hoping for wider.

A 275 without rolling the fenders, 285 and roll them. Any wider and you may have to work on the interior of the fender well.

Cool! 275s I can live with for a while, thanks!
