Hey all,
I'm going to the Clemson autocross tomorrow with my GTO. I've never done it before though. Anyone got pointers? Should I keep the TC on or off? any other advice is very welcome
thanks,
kyle

Well I am sure I am too late for this reply. but I will throw my input in here..
1st off have fun and take sunscreen and shade if you can.. next air up your tires. .I would say at least 38 front 42 in rears. if running street tires... I run with traction control off and you can leave your car in 2nd. (if a 6sp) for most of the course. .the GTO has plenty of torque to get out of the hole in 2nd. .1st would just spin the tires and if your spinning you are not moving forward enough .. I could have lots more advise.. just let me know.. I have been autox'n for years and have put about 5 event on the GTO. The car is not really built for autoX but it is a very fun car to autox.

I agree, very good advice. I too Auto-X and pretty much do as you. The addition of the Hotchkis Sway bars have made a HUGE difference. Not to mention the Azeni tire is very good, however the Hoosier's would be better
