Does the top thinner bushing go in with the bigger side down towards the ground or with the bigger side up against the car?

Okay with some help from various boards and members. I determined that I was installing the top bushing correctly. Big side against the Body. But this permits the top bushing to spin freely. Witch seemed weird.

But Pedders says this

" The upper bush will spin freely standing still but will engage fully under load. This bush assembly has been installed successfully for street use since 2001 by 100 Pedders franchised shops in Australia. A tightly fit urethane bush in this application can produce excessive loads and or wear on other parts in the x member and IRS assembly with less than desirable results and is not recommended by Pedders"

Australian means no instructions when translated to English.LOL

My Harrop cover is done along with the bushings. Car feels more solid but I do have some slight popping noise.I did grease the nolathane where it contacted any metal as per other people that did the install. Ride is a firmer but not to harsh.
Hope this fixes some of my wheel hop problem guess we will see.

I never had wheel hop on the street. It's bad at the track. I was hoping for 12's out of her before I dig into the motor. My best E.T. is 13.6 @ 107 with 2.4 60 ft. With bad wheelhop or bogging. I hate to slip the clutch. I know thats how alot of the guys are cutting the good 60' foot times. I am trying to avoid that if at all possible.
Shooting for MIR on the 4th to try out the new combination.
