I installed a Spec stage 3 from TBYRNE about a month back and was itching to give it a good test.
Long story short we have a guy in the neighborhood with a modded dually. Yep I said DUALLY
See the pictures below I bested him in 1st and 2nd by 15 feet on the start and at least 40 ft at the end.
The break in the marks is my 1 to 2 shift and if you look close at the other end you can see the 3rd marks they're about 10ft long.

If you want to feel some real change in your M6 car change the clutch set and put the Spec Stage 3 in from TBYRNE.

My car is modded but is still NA but not for much longer I hope.
Did I mention I was MMOB.

I still can't believe that freaking dually. That thing is a monster.

He eats a lot of Rice too. :hysterical:

In a hurry to get to church huh? ;)

Most people will probably think the dual burnouts of the truck were a big rigs brakes locking up and leaving skid marks.

A car is still WAAYYY cooler than a big honkin' truck anyday.

If I had a M6 I'd look into it. Thanks for the shots. :)

If you look at the first pic you can see where he started to slide from right to left before he let off the brake.
The burn out has that L shape can't do that sliding the brakes.
Actually looks a lot like my start.

I think the no trucks sign makes it so much cooler. :friday:

How do you like that stage 3 while every-day street driving? My T/A has it, and it's terrible when just tooling around. I have to take off aggresively, with little slip, or it will chatter fiercely.

I haven't had any problems with mine at all.

Is yours the kevlar faced and did you break it in good before you started hot roding it?
I ask because they recommend you break it in for 30 days before driving aggressively.

Are you sure you don't have a ceramic face disk. The ceramic clutch faces are notorious for chattering but they're practically indestructible. Normally only used in race applications.

I couldn't tell you what facing I have, but the paperwork said to break it in for 500 miles, and I followed that. I haven't added any mods except for a cat-back and airbox lid, so it's only pushing 302 at the wheels. It'll prolly out-last the rest of the car though!
