I know that I've heard reports of some 05's going for as low as 27-28k after incentives/rebates in some areas with dealers starting to get anxious to make room for 06's.. I'm assuming 06's will usually be a few thousand more at least.

It's a bit higher now that Red Tag is over.

I know this thread is a lil old but you can pick up an 05 tax, titled, liscensed right now for $24,000 or a lil under.

Right now I'd say somwhere in the $28k range is about the best you could do.

um NO you are not going to get a new 05 tax title and licensed for 24k maybe next year. if you took away the tax and licensing from 24k youd only be paying around 22k. NO WAY. id say 26k-28k(before tax and ect) depending on weather or not it was a test drive car.youd be hard pressed to find a used 05 for 24k

Agreed.. Like I said above, 27-28k is about the best you'll do. If you have GM card pts. or something like that to throw in, it'll be a little less. I just got quoted a little over 30k out the door for a new 05', and that was with a GMS price... I'm sure I definitely could've done a little bargaining and whatnot, but I was mainly just wanting to try the car out... I'll probabaly buy a used one from a private seller as soon as I can find a good deal.

^^^ain't gonna happen, unless you are in Sticksville, USA.

The car has 100's...if not 1000's of miles on it, and still "technically" new.

Tested by all the likes (all of whom Immediatedly floor it, as they Violate the break in, and warm up again, and again, and again).

Crap-shoot.

I am paying $32,133 for a '06 6MT Cyclone Grey including Ext. Warr. and TTL. AKA - "out the door".

The car has 1 mile on it as promised by Dealer - I will break it in - not 30 or so kiddies on a glee-ride.
