I thought I'd make a couple of funs runs out in the country today so I have some times to compare with after I get my programmer. It's the same spot I always go in the middle of nowhere between 2 corn fields and NO traffic. I didn't do any special prep, left the spare and jack in all the other stuff in the Goat and even left the stock tires at 35 psi. And today is hot too, 85 plus degrees and the humidity is creeping up. Not great conditions when you figure the run is on a dusty blacktop road to boot.

G-Tech always reads high on mph, I use it more of an indicator to see if the engine is putting out the power. I've seen mph as low as 110 before and as high as 116 so I was in the middle today, not surprising as it's very hot, I'm sure the computer is pulling timing today, looking forward to the Predator to see if I can prove that.
Those were also my 2nd and 3rd best runs on the G-Tech, so I've got some baseline numbers going to compare with after I get the Predator programmer.
Yep I know it's no substitute for a timeslip at a track, but I'm 100 miles away from the nearest 1/4 mile track (St. Louis) and don't feel like running at the local 1/8 mile. (1/8 mile doesn't seem fair as the LS1 wakes up on the high end of the rpms). It's a fun little tool to mess around with. Oh and I didn't get wheelhop just wheelspin on both fun runs. I think tires are coming next.
