What do you mean "chipped"? Even using ricer math would make it difficult to achieve 400 BHP. I am thinking that one would require heads and cam or some form of forced induction to hit 400 Hp at the rear wheels with an LS1. I'm pretty sure my 04 with K&N CAI w/ functional Ram Air hood and my Corsa exhaust is not putting out that kind of RWHP. I don't know what you mean by "chipped" but I can't imagine that you're getting that kind of HP.
