Good Post. I like the numbers but I am just one of those that can't stomach Cadillac. I think it is years of conditioning that GM needs to fix. Certainly the CTSV is headed in the right direction. If I could afford that price I would be looking Vette for sure.

I don't want to offend anyone, but do you guys like the styling of that car?
Nice numbers though.

I like it a hell of alot more the the old style, and much more than pontiac's old body cladding look. The only thing I don't really like is how it looks like there is a big block thats glued in where the hood meets the fenders, then it continues to the mirrors...just looks tacky if you ask me.
I think that's where the rocket launchers pop up out of.

I think the car looks great. Even better in person. Blocky? Yes. Stylish? Hell yea. GM is going in the right direction with Cadillac. It is once again becoming a force to be reckoned with, including for European brands.

Nice power, performance, and creature comforts but when did Cadillac hire the Aztek design team?? :microwave:

I love the look of the CTS along with teh rest of Caddy's recent styling. the V version just looks plain EVIL!! All of them should come with a sticker on the passanger side window "cars in the mirror are M3's or M5's"

I generally dont notice this, but Edmunds should fire its copy editors. That thing was full of spelling and grammer mistakes.

I am almost as big a Cadillac fan as Pontiac. The CTS is a beautiful car and the V is icing on the cake. Looks like nothing else on the road, and should beat anything in its class, my favorite combination.

I for one love the CTS's styling...and the V makes it even more so.

I give Cadillac credit for producing this car. Love it or hate it styling aside, the performance should be impressive. The Brembo brakes are a nice touch.
The next-gen M3 is rumored to be getting a 400hp V8. This should be interesting.
