As luck would have it I have notice that at high speeds ( 70 - 90 ) mph or a good head wind My hood shakes and wobbles. I have never notice it before and had the car for a year. None of the latch gear seams to be lose and adjusting the hood stops at front helps slightly. Any answers? or am I jst now noticing a normal occurrance.

Flat or scooped hood?
I've got the 04 flat hood at it's solid as a rock up to 140. Not sure about the scooped 05/06 hood though.

05 Scoped hood thanx I am ussually very good at noticing any new issues with my cars but if you are not looking at the hood when driving ( yes I do ussually look at the road ) you dont notice it.

You mentioned adjusting the hood seems to help. Have you swapped hoods or had any front end damage?

No front end damage and have the stock 05 hood ,, just that when I tried adjusting the rubber stops some of the shacking stopped but not all and the hood no longer shut flush to body. so I adjusted it untill it did fit but still seem to offer some support. Its weird because I dont recall ever touching those things b4 and did not notice the shacking b4 either. wierd

Just thought of something else. Have you pulled the baffles out of the scoops? Letting air in through the scoops could cause it. Have you checked the latch mechanism and the hood struts? I'm grasping at straws here, maybe some of our more tech savvy members could give this one a shot. :)

It's all that power trying to get out!!!!!
Seriously, though.....
Grab the front of the hood while it's closed pull up and down on it, does it feel loose?
is the front of the hood shaking, or the rear?
How the hell tall are you?
Even with the scoops removed it shouldn't make a difference, most of the air goes over them at speed, all of the problems are in front of the hood, or the very rear near the cowl.
It sounds like your latch isn't adjusted right,
