I'm a little depressed on a day off and it's well over 30 degrees cooler here than it was a couple of days ago. (Low 40's today) I wanted to get some yardwork done but washed the GTO instead and decided to head out to some of the local roads for some "spirited" driving. ;) The LS1 was singing today. It loves the cool dense air. Took the Predator along to check some IAT's and other numbers and was surprised it only registered just shy of 2 degrees knock retard at WOT from a dead stop. Usually from the same spot on warmer days it is between 4 and 5 degrees KR.

Anyway, sorry for the rambling post, but it was nice to have some quality Goat time. :)

It was in the 30's here and it snowed all after noon.

The goat loves the cool air, hates the cold pavement!

A little late, didn't drive the GTO this day, but we got some cold weather.
About 4 inches in Temple, TX, most in at least 6 years. I'm from Michigan originally, but this was special, especially in April.

I think that I have heard of snow...it's the white stuff, right? Currently it is 80 F here in South Louisiana, and I have to tell you that I am quite happy with my IAT replacement/relocation. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to trick the car into believing that the air is cooler than it actually is. I am simply mitigating the issues associated with heat soak.

how much time does it take to do the IAT relocation?
