Basically gm let the copyright or whatever lapse and slp bought the rights to the trademark. So now GM is suing slp to try and get it back. I doubt they will, I really don't know how it works though. If anyone puts a judge badge on a GTO is should be Pontiac. Not an overpriced, mild workover from slp. Unless they do something really special...
