Well it is just a concept I was playing around with for the hell of it. The new concept on the front page of this site at least looks a little better than what you guys have been given. The current GTO has really lost the aggressive edges the HSV Monaros have.

This coming from someone who is getting a butchered Monaro. Look for HSV GTOs and see what they should have looked like. :rolleyes:

Nice work! Interesting syling exercises. I especially like the orange one with the vertical color shift, nice. The red and orange (judge) with the black out hood may grow on me. Does that follow a countour line on the hood?

When I first saw the GTO I wished there was a white color option as my current two cars are white and very easy to maintain. Now that I've seen these, white just doesn't look right.

Well - let me elaborate. The 'Judge' is and was one of the goofiest packages ever. I like the existing wing on the GTO better than the one on your concepts. Now, I do like the black rims - I've considered similar rims for my car - so I'll give you props on that. But, I like the metallic mesh on the grill, and I don't like the 'clutter' in the lower opening as compared to the car I'm getting.

So I guess I'll take my 'butchered' Monaro and like it.

Okay, I guess these are all chopped off of the GTO that was at SEMA... So I do love the indented grills. It is surprising how much they improve the appearance of the car. I hate that black... blob oozing down the hood and over the grills. No one in their right mind would do that to this car... I like that orange/red color shifting paint, but it looks like it would be pretty expensive. And I hope if they use the original Judge tags, they don't make it huge and put it in a good spot on the car. But remember, the Judge will be SLP's thing, not Pontiac's, so the results may not be as good. But I hope Pontiac does make a package in the future that will be above and beyond SLP's...

I actually like the white.

Don't take me wrong on the butchered Monaro comment . Butchered means chopped up to me and that is exactly what they did.
Personally I like the recessed grills also, it gives the car a better feel.
These are just styling exercises and yes the black follows the hood line for whoever asked.

Just a couple of thoughts.

First thanks for posting and welcome to the site.

I like the orange color (of course, hehehe) and the black hood but could I suggest a matching black spoiler, much like you could get with the white 69 Judge.

I don't like the black or colored wheels but that is just me. ;)

An Argent Silver color much like the Rally II wheels of yesterday's GTO's would be more to my liking. I also find "The Judge" emblem to be far too large. A decrease in size of 50% might be in order. Then I'll take one! :D

Black hood screams Mopar to me. The only Judge option I need is 400+ HP with a nice little modern Judge emblem in replace of the 5.7.

Just another version for a few purists that wanted to see some other mods.

I like the stripes but now it just doesn't feel right with the black hood. Maybe with a matching black rear deck spoiler I might be sold. Maybe if the hood scoops were in the black with the hood remaining body color?

If you're taking requests......how 'bout an Impulse Blue with the air ****/lower valance done in body color instead of black. No black on the hood either please. It's not for me, it's for a friend. Yeah, that's it, a friend. :D
