i also saw a cosmos one the other day .... man that color is pretty cool as well, i thought it was black at first, but as it rolled on into the sunlight , a dark brilliant purple that looked absolutely badass !!!

yes well , i think all the colors are awesome !!!

but i think us aussies are more impressed with , impulse, cosmos, and barbados.

simply because they are the new colors on the monaro, not that torrid, phantom, dvil aren't as impressive.

I wish I would have gotten two now. That blue really looks fantastic... ;)

You guys act like you've never seen an Electron Blue Corvette ('02-'04). Its the SAME color. That's how I knew to order it. The blue interior is awfully ...uh...bright. It MAY take a little getting used to, but I still would not change my choice to black.
I'm definitely breathing a sigh of relief having finally seen it in IB.

I know you posted in the lounge, I posted in the pictures section like I thought I was supposed to, I didnt see any new pictures so I went ahead and posted away.

And yes I did post these on the vette forum, but some of those guys need a real smack in the ass.

We have all been crying for a real muscle car thats RWD, GM answered the call. and my corvette 'friends' are doing nothing but badmouthing it with the exception of a slight few that realize this is the real deal.

In the eyes of most Vette owners, (more then half of them were alive during the baby boom) A real GTO had a nasty engine, hood scoop, and dual exhaust. However they cant sit and realize that if GM went retro, this car would be dead in 2 years

Oh! Now that I see the color in one single picture, on a different car, in different light, and it looks EXACTLY the same (What is your point?) it CLEARLY must be a different color altogether, and thus my attraction to Electron Blue has, alas, sent me astray.

Have you actually seen an Impulse Blue GTO in person?, and was it sitting next to an Electron Blue C5? No? Me neither. Until then, I'm relying on my eyesight and every other account I've read and heard about IB, that it is, in fact, the same as EB. So far I am not disappointed.

sorry about taking offense, I dont see the exact color between the two. They are close, but I dont see any EB in this car.
