My sister has a 04 automatic GTO 5.7. Earlier today her key seemed stuck in the ignition and the car wouldn't turn over. When the key was put back in it wouldn't start.

Any ideas?

This is a known problem with the GTO as it ages the ignition cylinder wears and it makes it hard to turn, the key gets stuck, etc especially in warm weather. Lots of fixes posted.
