Hey , Check out this REAL NICE complete exhaust system for a 05-06 GTO . Here are the specs as follows;
- All tubing is grade #316 pure stainless steel , 100% TIG welded with 316 stick.:eek:
- All custom mandrel bent , fitted to the car for maximum ground clearance
-This was all done at "Fast intentions" in Reseda CA , they have many in house mandrel benders etc,,, Race car exhaust and turbo specialists
-1 7/8" primary long tube "American Racing headers" NO RUBBING OR CLEARANCE ISSUES AT ALL ,,,, PERFECT FIT.
- headers are HPC coated
- Factory Tips, installed 4" GTO
- American Racing High Flow Cats, 3 in, dia.
- O2 fittings are installed in the 3 in, cat pipes
- Rear section is 2.5" tubing
- Stainless , polished to chrome 2.5" Sebring mufflers , these are " Swirl port housings " , these mufflers are used on Lamborghinis and many hi HP exotics.. These are sweet.
-Stainless "Magnaflow" X resinator . Inside looks like a X pipe with some muffler packing around the outside of the open mesh X pipe. This is a sweet piece that keeps the noise level down with all the benefits of a true X pipe.
THIS SYSTEM DYNOED OUT AT 394 HP:eek: AT THE REAR WHEELS WITH A TUNE AND A CAI ON MY 06. IT HAS A VERY MEAN SOUND AT MID TO HIGH RPM,S BUT NOT TO LOUD AT LOW RPM. THIS SYSTEM HAS NO DRONE AT ANY RPM WHAT SO EVER. THIS IS A CUSTOM:D ONE OFF SYSTEM BUILT FOR A 05-06 , THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS. ONE PRIMARY AT THE BOTTOM , AND ONE CAT HAVE A VERY SMALL DENT OR SCRAPE , THE CAR PUT UP 394 HP LIKE THIS , SO I KNOW IT IS NOT AFFECTING THE PERFORMANCE IN ANY WAY. iTS MORE OF A COSMETIC THING. SYSTEM WAS USED FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS. FITS WAY BETTER THEN ANY OFF THE SHELF SYSTEM BY A LONG SHOT. NO BOGUS CLAMPS AND BOLTS.
