Without knowing the duty cycle on one's injectors, is there a rule of thumb related to HP which would indicate when one might consider upgrading the fuel injectors?

Consider an LS2 engine that is producing nearly 500 rwhp (575 Hp @ flywheel for M6?) naturally aspirated, would you suspect that this vehicle might be better off with higher flowing injectors? If so, what size?

My thoughts on this are that upgrading the fuel injectors are in order, and that 46# injectors might be work very well in this service. Overall, I am curious to hear other opinions.

I'm not at your power level so I have no experience here. I would say just for peace of mind you could. I'll defer to those who have upgraded here. But they may not be around. Let us know what you decide on. :)

Well, I am going with the FAST 46# Injectors. The only difficulty I foresee is the fact that there is no scaling data for these injectors. I suspect that my tuner will have to earn his $$$. I will post up as to my results for the few things that I am experimenting with this year. ;)

Again, I'm not that knowledgeable on this matter, but will your fuel pump be up to the needs of these injectors? I can't remember if you are on the stock pump or have a boost a pump or something to that matter.

I think that I am alright in terms of fuel pump. If not, I guess I will find out. :D
