I am getting "SymRealWinOpen undefined" errors all over this website. Perhaps some of the code isn't compatible with the latest version of IE??

It might not be this site. I have had that problem from my work machine and not my home machine. Eventually the problem progressed and IE stopped working all together. The problem went away after I ran "Spybot" and "Ad-Aware" which deleted a whole bunch of unwanted cookies, files, and other hacked items. These programs are freeware. I ran both because they found different things. Bottom line is after I ran them and deleted all the hacker stuff everything ran fine with no run time errors. The stuff is insidious as I am behind a firewall and all kinds of anti-intruder stuff here at work. When I ran the two programs they found over 300 security items.

I'm not aware of any strange code in this site. If there is anything, it's javascript. Disableing javascript errors is one thing you can do. I'll take a quick look and see if I can find out anything about your error.

Tails, the one problem with IE is, when it decides to install something, it'll bypass all firewalls and anti-virus programs doesn't consider that stuff viri. So, it's quite easy to make a web site that'll use IE to install something that the user doesn't want.

Is there something we can do about it? You know...something other then attacking Bill Gates. Who lives just over the hill from here.....

You can go to Tools, Options, Advanced and check the Disable Script Debugging box to stop the errors. But there are definitely javascript errors being thrown.

You can stop using IE. IE for Mac has fewer problems then IE for windows, and MS has officially refused to fix certain issues for IE for windows.

ok, I've fixed the problem with the newest skin. Not everyone is on it yet, but I'll force everyone to use it soon enough. I just need to make sure it's ready for use before I do so. I'm not sure why no one noticed this before since the old skin had the same problem. Unless something changed with the old skin recently. Anyway, it's taken care of for now. I might even get around to fixing the other skins as soon as I determine which ones will be kept and which removed.
