I got to take a privater tour of their race shops (Holden Racing Team) and the vehicle conversion factory when I was in Melbourne back in '97. That and the fact that you can arry up to 1 tonne on the utes on a vehicle that can give car like fuel efficiency. If nothing else GM and Ford USA should look at getting the Aussie utes over here to make a difference in their fuel economy ratings :) The Subaru crossover sucked because you have basically no space for a payload, not much capacity weight wise and it seems to have been based on a me too attitude.
