Will the 6 Speed '04's have the same "skip shift" set up as the late model F-Bodies?

I driven that 6-spd and yes the skip shift is in there. <_< You get a nice little message telling you to go from 1st to 4th and there's even a drawing too to show how to make the shift, just in case you don't know how to! :lol:

Will the Ship Shift Eliminator kits designed for the LS1 F-Bodies work on/fit the new GTO?

I would hope you could get the skip shift defeated.

Almost before the first vettes with that hit the showroom, there were instructions out telling how to cut one wire to defeat it.

I plan on taking my GTO to my local Vette dealer and have them snip that sucker!
