Wanted to share this with you guys. Has anyone put the stripes on a 05 yet? I was thinking the white with the IMB would look sick.....

just had a large decal cut of the gto fender badge to go on the back glass of my midnight blue 05 . it looks great and no one has to ask "man what kind of car is that" . as i blow em off the road.

I like the way it looks with the racing stripes. But...... I would like to see it with the stripes going over the wing. With out it looks weird. :huh:

Never been a fan of decals, flames, or any of that junk.

I guess it's all personal opin...But, I think the cleaner, the better...That's why I do not like the 05 hood. I know, you all think I'm nuts and speaking horrible things, but I bet it takes away from the drag coefficient perfomance with that 05 hood.

The only thing I would stick on the Goat is a small NEWAGEGTO.COM sticker on the back window.

For those who like stripes and graffics, thought you might want to see these pics.

04' GTO with hood SAP package with stripes at the beginning and pics of the same car stock with stripes before the SAP went on.

Aside from a few decals by autotrimdesign.com (wheel graphics, fuel door, door handles) evrything else is custom made out of 2 mil highperformance Oracal vynil, outlined and computer cut.

Getting stripes this way over curves and angles requires experience with vynil installation and the use of a heat gun. Don't even think of trying this yourself. You want to do this, get a pro to do it for you. That is the reason you will find all commercially available stripes do not go over the edges.

Note: Up close small letters and graphics look fine but at the track your car will be viewed from a distance. Small don't work.
