Can't re-use the bolt? This TTY bolt business is a bunch of CRAP. I've been building engines for 20 years and I've not once replaced a non-reusable bolt. I reuse TTY head bolts ALL the time. This is the biggest scam to ever hit the automotive industry. I'll bet you I've built no less than 50 engines, reusing the original TTY head bolts, withOUT failure. Granted, you can't reuse the same torque spec when you reuse them, but they can still be successfully reused with the same results.
