its all smoke and mirrors those types of things dont work at all. just like the tornado for carbed cars they just dont work. they try to get you to beleive the principle of a tornado in that a swirling mass of air will move through a tube faster. It just doesnt happen. you want straight as possible air flow through the intake and into the intake manifold. That ad contradicts itself it says it increases velocity and then it says it adds turbulance. which is it? lol turbulant air is bad it will not increase velocity 1 iota. straightening is good but swirling it in a helix (corkscrew) isnt going to get it done .


I loved the old stand by the snake oil salesmen used . theyd take two 2 liter bottles . 1 with water the other empty put them together at thier opening and show how badly the water flowed into the empty bottle but by the magic of a swirling motion the water moved quickly to the lower bottle.lol. this example is about providing a way to eliminate the higher air pressure in the lower bottle not how the swirling made the water flow faster. a vent in the lower bottle (much like the exhaust in your car)would net even faster flow .
