Volant and more

I bought a Diablo Itune/Volant CAI combo. Also putting on JBA Shorty's because of Boise emissions standards and I can't afford the LT set up right now. Also adding Pypebomb axles backs. With a 91 octane tune and those items installed will I see any significant performance increase ? If any one has a similar set up I'd appreciate any feedback I can get. Thank you
