04 ls1 new cam and headers advice

I have an 04 automatic with a diablo sport tuner and a kn cold air intake on it....i have been thinking about putting a cam and headers on it and would like some advice on what duriation and lift cam would be best for driving ion the street and the: strip with just my tuner... also i was wondering what headers and exhaust to go with and if i delete me o2 sensors will it make my car run bad or just throw a code? Any advice or help would be appreciated Thanks tim
