yup. the thermistor is $15 but it's $8 for shipping. if you can find a couple of people that want to get one the cost obviously goes down. Chris' set up works and it is plug-n-play. it doesn't have any benefit over going the cheaper route than it is easier. the one thing that it doesn't address is an additional inlet for truely cool air. i'm an acquaintance of the company that produces them and they make a lot of niche products. $99 + shipping or $15 + shipping and DIY. it's up to you but it is a really important upgrade for summer driving.
